There’s a common misconception that mentoring requires perfection—that you have to have all the answers, all the success, and a flawless life. That couldn’t be further from the truth. We don’t look for superheroes. We look for men who are willing to be present. Because young men don’t need perfection—they need realness.

They need someone who will sit with them, talk with them, and walk with them through life.
