3. Background Checks: For the safety and well-being of our youth, all prospective mentors must undergo a comprehensive background check. This includes criminal history and child abuse clearance to ensure a secure environment for our mentees.

4. Roles and Responsibilities: As a mentor, you'll provide guidance, support, and encouragement to your assigned mentee. Your role includes helping with academic goals, career advice, and personal development. You must commit to regular meetings and maintain a supportive, positive relationship.
